Cobb County Sheriff's Office Hosts Career Fair
Ready for a rewarding career in law enforcement? The Cobb County Sheriff's Office is hiring!
By attending the hiring event you will have the advantage of in-person interaction with our staff and their job functions as well as an expedited hiring process! We encourage you to bring your family to meet and mingle with our families at this community-oriented event.
Please plan to arrive early, but no later than 8:00 a.m. The Physical Agility Test sessions will begin at 9 a.m. after a brief presentation by our recruiting team.
We will have members from each division of the Sheriff’s Office on site so that you can speak with them about our team and the job we do for the citizens of Cobb County.
Each specialized unit will have cutting-edge equipment with them so that you can see firsthand what tools we have to protect ourselves and the community.
Please be ready to take the PAT once you arrive. The PAT sessions will begin at approximately 9 a.m.
All successful applicants will then enter the interview phase on Saturday, July 8. In the event that we are unable to interview all applicants, we will have a recruiter set up separate interviews in the coming week.

TIPS:
1. Please wear appropriate attire. It is recommended that you bring water and snacks with you. There will be food trucks on location for those wanting to purchase food.
2. Plan to arrive early.
3. The physical agility test course is just a few feet larger than half of a basketball court and must be completed in 2 minutes, six seconds, or less.

*The Hiring Event will happen rain or shine, regardless. Dress appropriately and wear clothing you can easily move in. The Cobb County Sheriff's Office asks that if you have questions about the TATTOO policy contact one of the investigators. Please note our policy prohibits tattoos on hands, neck, and face.
